Oil tanker vessels are specifically designed for the transportation of large quantities of oil and petroleum products across the world’s oceans. These ships are built with specialized compartments, known as cargo tanks, to store and transport the oil safely. They come in various sizes, ranging from smaller coastal tankers to massive supertankers capable of carrying millions of barrels of oil.
